David is an attorney with Brown & Brown Law Offices. He is a 5th generation Arizonan.
He practices law with his brother and son. Their practice consists primarily of representing irrigation districts, water districts, municipalities, various small commercial and industrial water users, and individual ranchers and farmers throughout the Eastern half of the State in the General Stream Adjudications and in general water matters.
Glenn is the President and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
His tenure has coincided with the organization's development into one of the most respected pro-business public policy entities in the State. Glenn has led numerous successful efforts to enhance Arizona's economic competitiveness and its legal, labor, education and regulatory environments.
Glenn currently represents the Arizona Chamber on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Public Affairs Committee of 100, and is a member of the board for Black Chamber of Arizona, and the Governor's Workforce Advisory Council. He is also Vice Chair of the Arizona Charter Schools Association.

In his academic role, Mr. Gammage is a Senior Fellow at ASU's Morrison Institute and at the Kyl Center for Water Policy.
His work there focuses on urban growth and development, quality of life, and local economic issues. He also teaches at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and at the W.P. Carey College of Business.
As a lawyer, he has represented real estate projects ranging from master planned communities to sprawling subdivisions to high rise buildings.
He served on the Central Arizona Project Board of Directors for 12 years, and was President during a period of turbulence.
Hunter is the Natural Resource Policy Advisor to Governor Ducey. He works with the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Arizona Department of Water Resources, Arizona Game & Fish Commission, Ari
zona State Land Department, Arizona State Forestry Division, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, the Arizona Residential Utility Consumer’s Organization, Arizona State Parks, Arizona’s various utilities, and the numerous local, state and federal stakeholders who share an interest in the policies that affect Arizona’s natural resources.
Prior to joining the Governor’s team, Hunter spent several years working for Navajo County serving as the Government Affairs Director and Economic Development coordinator for Navajo County. In his role with the county, he managed the inter-governmental relations, community/media relations, lobbing efforts, economic development and natural resource issues for Navajo County.
Hunter was in the private sector before his transition to working in government. He worked in Los Angeles with the law firms of Seyfarth Shaw, LLP and Cohen & Lord, LLP, working in employment litigation defense of professional sports franchises, real estate matters and products liability litigation. Hunter also worked as an in-house attorney for the Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs in the National Football League (NFL) working on legal matters for the franchises which included player, marketing, sponsorship, stadium operations, special event and sales contracts, litigation and licensing. Before his time in the NFL, Hunter worked for the City of Mesa dealing with the telecommunications licensing and operations office, geographical information systems, and various efforts supporting Mesa's economic development, public safety, utilities, and city management.
Hunter is an avid outdoorsman, cyclist and golfer, and has loved the opportunity that he has had to coach youth football, basketball and baseball in his community. Hunter has been married to his beautiful wife Julie for 18 years. Hunter and Julie have five children.
John has served as Director of Water at the Town of Marana since 2012. Mr. Kmiec is also the President of the Southern Arizona Water Users Association. Prior to joining the Town of Marana, Mr.
Kmiec served as Tucson's Environmental and Regulatory Compliance Supervisor.
He was also the former President of WateReuse Arizona, as well as a member of Governor Brewer's Blue Ribbon Panel on Water Sustainability in 2010.
Lisa is the Commissioner for the Arizona State Land Department. She has been in this position since 2015.
Lisa served for more than twenty-three years as Chief of Staff to Congressman Bob Stump (R-AZ), with a focus on land, water and military issues.
Maria currently holds the position as Executive Director of the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona.
As Executive Director, Maria provides executive leadership, management and financial oversight of this tribally-controlled consortium of 21 Member Tribes. Maria is responsible for managing the daily business operations of the nonprofit organization and also interacts with tribal, state and national elected officials regularly. In this role, Maria works to promote tribal sovereignty, tribal self-sufficiency, and oversee policy development on behalf of the 21 Member Tribes.
Previous positions include: Program Manager for American Indian Studies at Arizona State University; Executive Director of Atlatl National Native Arts; and acting President/CEO of the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.
Mark is the President of the Yuma Irrigation District Board of Directors and has served in this role since 1995.
He is also the President of Smith Farms Company of Yuma, a family farming operation specializing in the production of winter vegetables, both conventional and organic.

Maureen practiced in the area of municipal law, with an emphasis on water rights and development issues, from 1977 to 2005, serving as City Attorney for several Arizona municipalities.
Since retiring from government practice in 2005 she has her own part time practice devoted primarily to water law.
Maureen was founding member of the Mohave County Water Authority in 1995 and now serves as its General Council.
She served as a Board member of the Arizona Water Banking Authority from 2002 - 2015 and served as its Vice Chair from 2003 - 2007.
She served on the Arizona Statewide Water Advisory Group, Arizona Water Resources Development Commission, Arizona Joint Legislative Study Committee on Water Salinity Issues and the Advisory Board of the Arizona Water Institute.
Misael is the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. He was appointed to this position by Governor Ducey in August 2015.
Prior to this appointment, he served as ADEQ's deputy director since October 2011 under former ADEQ Director Henry Darwin, functioning as Chief of Staff and directly overseeing the agency's operations, including its budget and administrative support functions.

Phil is the President and Owner of Sunlund Chemical Company Inc., and independent agricultural chemical dealer in Yuma.
Phil is a fourth generation Arizonan and Yuma native. His family has farmed in the Yuma area for over 100 years.

Rod currently serves as the lead partner in the Willcox Wine Country Partnership, an associate organization of the Willcox Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture that markets the Willcox wine region.
He also serves as the current President of the Arizona Wine Growers Association.
In the mid 2000's, Rod retired from a long career in economic development where he served as the President and CEO of the Downtown Tempe Community, the business improvement district association that manages the Mill Avenue District.
Ron is Program Manager for the Northern Arizona Municipal Water Users Association.

Ron's career began in Arizona with the City of Flagstaff where he served as Utilities Director, Public Works Director, and Interim City Manager from 1986 until 2007.
Sandy is the Director of Water Strategy for Freeport-McMoRan Inc.
Prior to joining Freeport, she was the Director of the Arizona Department of Water Resources and the Chair of the Arizona Water Banking Authority.
Sandy has also served as the Assistant Director of the Water Management Division at ADWR, overseeing the Assured and Adequate Water Supply Program, Recharge, and Recovery Program, long-range planning and data analysis section, the Statewide Well Program, and water rights and conservation requirements within the Active Management Areas of the State.
Sarah is the Director of the Kyl Center for Water Policy. She was appointed to this position in January 2015.
Prior to joining the Kyl Center, she served as the Arizona State Director of the Audubon Society where she led the Audubon's Waster Rivers Project.
Before joining the staff of Audubon in 2006, she spent fourteen years as an attorney in private practice, specializing in complex commercial litigation.
Spencer is the Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona. He has been in the position for over 15 years.
In this capacity, he is responsible for all Legislative and Executive branch agencies representing the industry on environmental issues, land use, taxation, regulatory issues, and water policy.
Prior to this position, he served as the Deputy Director of General Services for the Arizona Department of Administration and on the staff for Governor Fife Symington.
Ted serves as Interim General Manager of Central Arizona Project. He was appointed to this position in April 2015.
Previously, he was the Deputy General Manager, Finance and Administration, responsible for finance, accounting, risk management, supply chain and facilities management, information technology, environmental compliance, health and safety and protective services.
Tom was appointed Director of the Arizona Department of Water Resources in January 2015. Prior to this appointment he served as the Assistant Director of the Department’s Water Planning Division,
overseeing the Colorado River Management, Active Management Areas, Planning and Data Management, Assured and Adequate Water Supply and Recharge Permitting, and Statewide Planning programs and Tribal Liaison. He is responsible for multiple planning and policy, regulatory and permitting programs for the management of the state's water supplies.
Mr. Buschatzke serves as Arizona’s principal negotiator on matters relating to the Colorado River, is the Chairman of the Arizona Water Banking Authority and Co-Chair of the Drought Inter-Agency Coordinating Council and represents the State in Indian water right negotiations. Currently, Mr. Buschatzke chairs the Governor Ducey’s Water Augmentation Council which is tasked with investigating long-term water augmentation strategies and other opportunities to secure water supplies for Arizona’s future.
Mr. Buschatzke possesses over thirty years of experience in water management and has been a member of several statewide long-term water planning initiatives including serving as Co-Chair of the Statewide Water Resources Development Commission, the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Panel on Water Sustainability where he served as Co-Chair of the Regulatory and Permitting Group and was an active participant in the Statewide Water Advisory Group and Governor’s Drought Task Force.
During his twenty-four year tenure with the City of Phoenix, he served as the Water Resources Management Advisor and was responsible for policy development for management of the City’s water resources and worked with directly with the City’s executive staff, the City Manager, the Mayor, and with members of the City Council on a variety of water issues.
Mr. Buschatzke’s career in Arizona water resources began with a 1982 Arizona Department of Water Resources internship in the Phoenix Active Management Area and he ultimately became a Program Manager in the Adjudications Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the State University of New York at Cortland.
Virginia is the Manager of the Arizona Water Banking Authority. She has been in this position since January 2011.
Previously, she served as the Techinical Administrator of the Water Bank Authority.
Virginia joined the Authority as a Water Resource Specialist in November 2005 following six years working in the Phoenix Active Management Area Office (AMA) in the Department of Water Resources.

Warren was recently selected as the Executive Director of the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association.
